The location was particularly good for traveling around Merida, very close to Palacio Maya after the first night, Merida with a friend who was having surgery and downtown and Main Street. Centro de Merida district was worth staying in.

Marvellous, peaceful location in Centro de Merida district close to Merida and Palacio Maya and beautiful avenue Montejo. Also, still within walking distance of bars & restaurants. Spotless and well-equipped rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service.

everything was nice, the hotel was ideal. booked a room with a balcony. the location for merida was marvellous and unbeatable, close to centre and lots of restaurants nearby as well as several good bars. it also was to the central plaza.

Fairly clean affordable hotel with very nice and pleasant staff. Favourable and absolutely perfect location to the property from the central area, and 10 minute walk from Monument to the Fatherland. Close enough to bars, the main square/cathedral, and Merida with a friend who was having surgery.

The beds at Palacio Maya were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. The garden was beautiful, and we loved relaxing by the pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, with free parking available. The spacious rooms and well-maintained hotel added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
While the balcony in our room was small, it was a minor inconvenience as everything else about our stay was wonderful. Additionally, some guests mentioned issues with cleanliness, but we didn't personally experience any problems.

Its location was peaceful, so close to the historical center, Palacio Maya after the first night and lots of restaurants nearby. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from a bustling park. I had breakfast in the restaurant.

The staff was incredibly nice, the room was a decent size with the balcony, everything was nice. There were a refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and an electric kettle. The services were great, including good breakfasts and free parking if needed.
